Introduction to Unit: SERVICOM Unit in the Institute for Agricultural Research (IAR) was
established to ensure that the entire Institute staff are committed to
efficient and effective quality service delivery with
the highest standard of integrity, transparency and accountability. The
Unit is meant to ensure that service provision by staff and management goes in
line with the vision and mission of the Institute.
Justification for the Unit: SERVICOM

Goal of the Unit: To
ensure that
customers or clients are offered quality service and demand their rights to
good services, as well as have recourse when service delivery fails.
Values of the Unit: We
are committed to consistently providing excellent, sustainable, affordable,
efficient and easily adoptable technologies to enhance farm productivity to our
stakeholders. We pledge to achieve this effectively and efficiently with the
highest standard of integrity, transparency and accountability. We are not just
committed to quality service to the Nigerian populace, but are into a contract
with our stakeholders

indices for SERVICOM Compliance Evaluation. Hence yet to commence compliance
evaluation.
