Coordinated by the esteemed Assistant Director Extension, Monitoring, and Evaluation, Prof. Aisha A. Mukhtar, this event aimed to equip our dedicated team with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Under the guidance of esteemed presenters, Assistant Director Research Prof. Lucius J. Bamaiyi, Institute Secretary Mal. Alhassan Garba, Institute Finance Officer Mal. Sulayman Abbas Ladan, and Institute Resident Auditor Mal. Nuhu Ayuba, attendees delved into various aspects of effective leadership, administrative processes, financial management, and audit procedures tailored to our Institute's unique needs.
